Erin is the heart, soul and inspiration behind Earthganics. She started the company in 2016 out of necessity. After years of not feeling well and chasing answers she was diagnosed with Hashimotos disease, MTHFR gene mutation, Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS). With these diagnoses, Erin felt relief she could finally start moving toward a solution. 

 

With the multiple auto-immune and autonomic dysfunctional diseases, Erin knew she needed to start living a healthier lifestyle for herself, her husband, and her two young sons. After switching her family to clean eating, Erin turned to the health and beauty products in her bathroom. She wasn’t satisfied with the ingredients found in many “green” or “natural” products in big box stores. 

 

Her brother, who lives on the West Coast and is always ahead of trends, told her people were making their own deodorant. That’s the push Erin needed to launch Earthganics. She nailed down a formula for deodorant and began selling it along with a few other products she created at farmer’s markets.

 

Within a year, Erin’s products were available in several local stores and she landed her first wholesale client. Earthganics continues to grow and add quality, non-toxic products to their website. 

 

Erin still struggles at times with her diagnoses, but living a clean lifestyle has helped tremendously in her recovery. Earthganics aids in her recovery by providing truly clean and non-toxic products that she feels confident putting in her body.
